Guest Identification & Deposit Policy
1. Identification Requirements
All lead guests must provide valid government-issued photo identification (passport, driving licence, or national identity card) at the time of booking or upon check-in. All additional guests staying at the property may be required to present valid photo identification upon request. We do not retain or store any identification documents on record; identification is verified for compliance purposes only and is not copied or kept.
2. Under-25 Policy
Where the lead guest or any member of the party is under the age of 25, the following conditions apply:
• A security deposit of £250 is required, payable prior to or upon check-in
• Valid photo identification must be provided by the lead guest
• Valid photo identification for all guests in the party must be presented upon request
• The security deposit will be held for the duration of the stay and returned within 7 working days of check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection
3. Local Guest Policy
Guests residing in the same city or local area as the property may, at the discretion of the host, be required to pay a security deposit prior to check-in. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.
4. General Provisions
•Failure to provide the required identification or deposit may result in the booking being declined or the guest being refused entry without entitlement to a refund
•The host reserves the right to request identification from any guest at any time during the stay
•All identification documents will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws
