This means that you can rent one of our apartments for as little as two nights to 6 months.
All of our short-term lets in Bristol are entirely furnished.This meaning all you’ll have to bring with you is your clothes, toiletries, shoes and any other items you might require during your stay.All of our kitchens are equipped with all essential items required to cook a substantial meal (e.g saucepans, frying pan, cutlery, knives, etc.)Linen and towels are provided based on the number of guests staying.
Many of our serviced apartments in Bristol are dog-friendly.Should you wish to bring your dog with you, we require advance notice of at least 48 hours. Details of the pets you are choosing to bring with you are also required. There is an additional deep cleaning fee required once you vacate your apartment.A larger deposit is also required upfront in the event that your pet damages any of the furniture, fixtures or fittings.There are some occasions when we cannot allow pets but these are discussed on a case by case basis.

Flexible Arrival & Departure:
Enjoy convenient early check-in from 3:00 pm and late check-out until 12:00 noon, subject to availability. Direct bookings may receive this complimentary, but guests must inform the Customer Service team in advance.

Early Check-In (from 3:00 pm):
  • £20 for third-party bookings.
  • Complimentary for guests who book directly via staging.guestshouse.co.uk.
  • Guests must inform the Customer Service team at least 48 hours before arrival to arrange early check-in.


Late Check-Out (until 12:00 noon):
  • £20 for third-party bookings.
  • Complimentary for guests who book directly via staging.guestshouse.co.uk.
  • Guests must inform the Customer Service team at least 24 hours before check-out so arrangements can be made with the cleaners.


Minimum Age Requirement:
  • All apartments have a minimum age requirement of 25 years.
  • Guests under 25 years old must pay a refundable deposit of £250.
  • Applicable deposits will be refunded within 7–10 working days after check-out, subject to inspection for damages or house rule violations.
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings under the above circumstances.


Housekeeping:
  • Complimentary housekeeping is provided for stays of 7 nights or more.
  • Additional cleaning services can be arranged at any time through the Customer Service team for an extra fee.


Pets:
  • Pets are not allowed in any of our properties.
  • We strictly enforce this house rule.


Smoking:
  • All apartments and communal areas are strictly non-smoking for the comfort and safety of all guests.
  • This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping devices, snuff, and chewing tobacco.
  • Smoking is not permitted near entrances or exits.
  • Breaches may result in charges of up to £250, deducted from the authorised card or damage deposit.
  • Candles, incense, and any naked flames are strictly prohibited inside apartments.


Payment & Pre-Authorisation:
Full payment for your stay must be completed at the time of reservation through staging.guestshouse.co.uk or any third-party platform.

Cancellations:
  • Direct bookings via staging.guestshouse.co.uk: Free cancellation up to 96 hours before arrival.
  • Third-party bookings (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.): Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival.


Support & Communication:
  • Guests booking through staging.guestshouse.co.uk will receive check-in details, relevant information, and videos via email and WhatsApp at least 24 hours before arrival.
  • Guests booking through third-party platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) will receive check-in details through the platform inbox at least 24 hours before arrival.
